The CARE Career Development Fund provides financial support over a period of three years to support the recruitment and retention of exceptional clinician-scientists contributing to the academic mission of St. Mary's Hospital Centre. The fund offers salary support or start-up funding that must be matched by funding from the recruiting department or division at McGill. This award is intended for clinicians within their first two years of practice.
